Over the years every Utility has acquired a wide variety of pad mounted equipment and designs through special equipment needs, the low bid process or mergers. In addition, every manufacturer of pad mounted equipment incorporates unique access hardware. Coupled together it quickly becomes evident field service personnel require a myriad of tools to open whatever pad gear they may need to service. The more tools required the higher the probability some will be misplaced and or lost.

The Multi-Tool was designed to simplify the number of tools required by field personnel to access pad gear. Supplied with a pentahead socket, a 3/4" socket, a 9/16" deep well socket and a screwdriver socket (all 1/2" drive) the multi-tool can access almost every type of pad gear on any Utility system.
The elongated lug wrench design permits the user to apply substantial torque to free stubborn fasteners, especially pentahead bolts located near ground level. Each individual socket is secured in position with a recessed allen set screw to prevent loss but also easily permits sockets to be replaced or repositioned to suit each individual user.

Made of plated steel the multi-tool will provide years of trouble free in field service to the user.
