The USGT-600 Grounds Tester provides a straightforward means of evaluating grounding assemblies in compliance with ASTM standards. Low voltage (AC) high current is applied across the entire assembly and the resulting resistance is compared to a chart to determine the pass / fail criteria. Can evaluate cable sizes #2 through double 4/0.

REACH technology allows an operator to troubleshoot “failed” grounding assemblies and isolate the failure. The USGT-600 Grounds Tester requires a 115 Volt power supply rated at 20 amps or higher. The device is contained in a rugged case and ships with both a ball stud and flat head electrode.
