The Jumper-T is an insulated parking stand for temporary mechanical jumpers. It is made up of a 15” foam filled fiberglass pole, aluminum parking stand and duckbill clamp.
The Jumper-T Parking Stand can combine two shorter jumpers to create extra reach when needed and is a useful accessory when used with our BREAK-SAFE® tool. Simply move the jumper from the tools parking stand and secure it onto a Jumper-T Parking Stand to create an approved visible gap.
The USJT-001 has a straight aluminum parking stand approximately 11 1/4” long and 5/8” in diameter. The USJT-002 uses a bent parking stand that is 3/4” in diameter. This allows jumpers to be clamped in both the horizontal and vertical plane. Attaching jumpers on the vertical portion of the parking stand minimizes sag and reduces the potential for cross-phasing.
The Jumper-T Parking Stand is rated for 300 Amperes Continuous Current. The duckbill clamp fits #6 copper up to 1033 MCM. All BLUE STRIPE® Fiberglass Sticks are manufactured to meet industry standards including OSHA, ASTM and IEC as applicable.
